3. Accounts and Subscriptions

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. Certain features of the Service may require a Premium subscription, which is governed by our billing terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

As a user inputting candidate data (a "Data Controller" under GDPR or a "Data Fiduciary" under DPDP), you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to collect, process, and transfer such data into our platform. Next Buzzer acts as a "Data Processor" or "Data Fiduciary Processor" and will only process this data in accordance with your instructions and our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Next Buzzer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary business operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
